The Process:

As part of a larger research process to uncover new ways of engagement and neighbourliness in Jurong amidst covid-19, SUTD was looking for design partners on the ground to design and curate an engagement process. Bold At Work was selected as the key partner in Jurong, to engage “resident champions” in an incubator process to ideate and prototype community initiatives,

Designed to tap on stories as a strategic tool to amplify the assets within the community, the process catalysed new ties and connections, and supported the piloting of new initiatives, with the outcome of reimagining what neighbourliness could look like in our new normal.
