Bold Bar At Work

Bold Moves At Work

A time for your teams to unwind and destress by coming together over a series of games with moves that reveal their ideas of what good work means to them! Through a series of tabletop games run in a casual games cafe style, have a fun time while dipping into an exploration of the game worth playing at work.

MENTORING AT WORK

The Flash Mentoring Connections

An effective process supported by Bold’s Flow-Grow Skills Matrix to enable mentors and mentees to get the most out of even one short session.

 
  • Employers and Human Resource Personnels looking to:

    • elevate employee engagement and skill development, and 

    • foster meaningful connection and guidance opportunities among its employees.  

    • guide new employees (1-2 years) who are looking for lateral opportunities

    • Step 1 (Mentees): Prepare mentees to make the most of the networking opportunity through a self-assessment tool to identify their own interests and competencies, using Bold’s Flow-Grow Skills Matrix developed based on emerging future-ready skills. 

    • Step 2 (Mentees and Mentors): Mentees enter ready to fully participate in speed mentoring rounds with their seniors at work leaders, gaining insights into potential career paths and relevant projects that they can explore within the company. 

    • Employees across levels engaged in fast-paced prototype conversations that create connections and collaborative opportunities, creating a win-win for both employees and your organisation. 

    • Mentees will leave the session with a personalised action plan that includes: (i) Clear steps to showcase their existing skills and (ii) ideas for side projects and learning opportunities that can help them develop their desired skills. 

 

The Good Work Mentoring Series

A comprehensive 4-session format that is powered by the Bold Career Coaching Conversation framework to equip mentors to become more effective coaches and to support mentees to design their careers and fulfil their career potential.

 
    • Employers/ HR looking to deepen their internal capacity for career engagement, through

    • Equipping team leads and supervisors with the basic coaching skills using the Bold Career Coaching Conversation framework, to lead self-facilitated coaching conversations, and

    • Empowering their mentees to practise career design skills to fulfil their career potential

    • In a 4-session mentoring format (comprising an equipping session for mentors; and 3 self-facilitated mentoring sessions using the Bold Career Mentoring Framework)

    • Session 1 (Mentors): Mentor Preparation Session

    • Mentors will be equipped with the Bold Career Conversation framework. This foundational training will ensure they can effectively guide mentees through the subsequent sessions, maximising the impact of the coaching experience.

    • Session 2 (Mentors and Mentees): With their mentors’ support, mentees explore their work values and patterns of energy and engagement at work. This session sets the stage for personal direction and clarity on their career goals.

    • Session 3 (Mentors and Mentees): Mentees will conduct a skills inventory and identify their areas of flow and growth with the support of their mentors, so as to better manage their skill development. Mentors will also prepare mentees to carry out a prototype conversation or learning, so as to make concrete progress on their career journeys.  Session 4 (Mentors and Mentees): In this final session, mentees will share their learning and insights gained, with their mentors. This is also an opportunity for mentors to pass on their knowledge via sharing their experiences, or advice and to suggest concrete next steps and resources or contacts for the mentee, moving forward. Description text goes here
