The Process: 

As part of Yale-NUS’s Social Impact Bootcamp, Bold At Work ran a full day workshop, coaching its student leaders in the craft of Public Narrative, the practice of communicating one’s leadership purpose and values powerfully and purposefully. The student leaders crafted their leadership stories and practised sharing them in small groups, with the opportunity to get feedback from their peers, as well as coaching from trained facilitators. 

Through the exercise, the student leaders were able to gain more clarity on what calls them to leadership, and also grow in communication skills as a leader.
