The Process: 

The Singapore Management University Office of Student Success, as part of its orientation, aimed to empower their students to start their student life well, by grounding in their personal motivation towards academic and personal success and being equipped with tools and resources to identify their learning goals. Bold At Work took them through the 3A methodology of designing for success, supported by a mix of tools throughout the workshop, from Activating for success by identifying through values, strengths and defining their Good Work mix, seeking Alignment through examining polarities and tensions that they face and Acting for the future through identifying opportunities via the Futures Marketplace.  

The workshop provided the space for students to tap into their own motivations and set their own goals, as part of their preparation to make the most of their university life moving forward.
