The Process:

Under NYC’s omw programme, Bold partnered with Wantedly to design a hiring taster for its internship recruitment cycle. Using a customised pre-programme survey, we tested out the elements of Wantedly’s employer value proposition that were the most resonant with the potential recruits.  We also used the survey feedback to design the hiring taster experience to answer the elements of the job and organisation that the potential recruits were most interested to learn about.  During the taster, the potential recruits were able to get hands-on experience in the various job roles in marketing, business development and client services, giving them a good sense of how things worked on the ground in Wantedly as an organisation.
