Since conceptualisation, we have reached out to over 400 youths and piloted over 25 runs across varied sectors

Bold At Work works closely with key stakeholders to create opportunities for Youths to gain just-in-time exposures for their critical decision making career junctures, while at the same time working with Corporates to co-curate experiences that meets their future hiring and talent acquisition needs.

b. Identify key values and skills you would like be designed into the Taster
b. Identify 3 different job roles and micro tasks that you would like to expose youths to or hire for
c. Identify job professionals per job roles to facilitate the job tasks with the youths

a. complementary assessment of  a list observable ways of working that can be tested
b. co curation of the unique Taster initiative that includes actual job tasks against identified job roles
