The Process:

Since 2023, Bold At Work has been appointed as a programme partner of Dsg’s Learning by Design community, which allows us to work with schools to support school-based adoption of design thinking sponsored by Dsg. We co-create design thinking projects depending on the school’s needs. Through integrating Design Thinking into subject teaching and learning and/or enrichment opportunities, we support Dsg’s vision of nurture youths with designer mindsets and skills that will serve them in school and beyond: 

• Empathy: Exercising curiosity and asking good questions

• Collaboration: Involving, understanding and working with others on something to create impact

• Creative Confidence:   Cultivating ability to envision and invent new, different things from what already exists

• Experimentation: Providing platforms for experimentation, iterating fast with a bias to action when faced with problems
