The Process: 

What can secondary school students be doing to raise their career readiness- building up the core competencies they require for a successful entrance into the workforce? Bold developed the Portfolio Builders Unite © game set, based on the 4 key career building blocks of Technical Skills, Core Skills, Networks and Exposure, to support students to gain awareness of both what is needed and build confidence of what they already have, to build a portfolio that goes towards their desired careers. Complete with interjections that reflect real world challenges, the game enabled students to i) gain a better understanding of the skills, networks and exposure they would like to build and ii) becoming more confident that they can make informed decisions about their education and career pathways.
