About GWDC 2025- Doors of Possibilities
"Good Work Design Circles 2025 - Doors of Possibilites Edition". The programme objective is to aid youths in designing their lives and careers by exploring their identities and skills, confronting challenges and prototyping their way to a fulfilling future. The program is a collaboration with NYC as part of Youth Capabilities Development initiative, with desired outcomes including career preparedness and mentoring, with a focus on supporting youths in jobs and the future of work.
What to Expect on 24 May?
We are inviting 50 (soon-to-enter) and current young careerist to join us on a heart-fuelled experience to explore how they can design meaningful work lives. Within a day, youths will be invited to open three doors before leaving with a Good Work Guide who would continue the journey with them after.

Full Day Facilitated Experience
1 x Post-session with Good Work Guide (optional, self-arranged)
Use of Career Profiling online tool worth $82.

Who is This For?
This is perfect for soon-to-graduate students from Polytechnics, ITEs, and Universities, as well as early career adventurers in their first five years of work life. If you're standing at a career crossroad, feeling the push and pull of different paths, this is your chance to hit pause, explore new possibilities, and design a career that feels right for you.

How Do I Register?
There will be a commitment fee of S$30* per person, you may register by clicking into the link below.
Note: Commitment Fee is non-refundable once paid, unless the programme has to be cancelled/postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, subject to Bold At Work's discretion.
*Original programme cost is S$297 per person, before the National Youth Fund’s subsidy.
