  3. Act in the Now and test the prototype you designed! Reflect and share your discoveries, connect with community of fellow life designers and gain insights on how to continue to create your future.

  • Where will the sessions be held?
    Answer: All sessions will be held at Bold At Work space (Address: Block 319 Jurong East Street 31, #01-58, Singapore 600319), unless stated otherwise.

    How many Good Work Design Circles can I sign up for?
    Answer: Each Good Work Designer can only sign up for ONE Good Work Design Circles, consisting of 3 scheduled guided sessions + 1 self-arranged with Guide session. Refer to the respective Open Circles' tab above for more info.

    Do I have to attend all 4 sessions of the Open Circles?
    Answer: You are strongly encouraged to attend all 4 sessions. The Good Work Design Circles is designed and scaffolded to support Good Work Designers (yes, you!) at a comfortable pace. Should you be unable to attend any of the scheduled session, please check in with the Bold team to discuss alternatives before committing to the programme.

    Do I have to pay to join the Good Work Design Circles?
    Answer: Yes. There will be a commitment fee of S$80 per person per Open Circles, which include the 3 scheduled guided + 1 self-arranged sessions, and use of a Career Profiling tool worth $$90.
    (Original cost of programme is at S$384 per person, before National Youth Fund's support.)

    Note: Commitment Fee is non-refundable once paid, unless programme has to be cancelled/postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, subject to Bold At Work's discretion.

    What is Career Profiling?
    Answer: It is a tool (worth ~$90) used in Bold's Good Work Design Circles to support Good Work Designers to have insightful conversations built around the profile results (comprising one’s career values, interests, preferences) to discover strengths and identify tensions/ incongruence.

    What is the target profile for Good Work Design Circles programme?
    Answer: This programme is designed for young careerists, who have no more than 5 years working experience, or final year IHL graduates and looking at redesigning their career paths / at the crossroad with tensions.

    Can Career Design Guide help me secure/find a job at the end of the Good Work Design Circles programme?
    Answer: No. Key role of Good Work Guide is to support Good Work Designer in their career exploration with broad-based industry knowledge and conversations, guided by Bold's Good Work Design Circles' framework. While the sharing of networks or resources may emerge within the context of the guide and learner's relationship, it is not an expectation nor requirement.
