In Episode 2 of our Be Bold At Work Series, we addressed the anxiety and uncertainty of the job markets that is occurring in a Post-Covid-19 world. We challenged three youths who are at their transition point (school to work) to utilise the time they have during Circuit-Breaker to try piecing together a piece of who they are.
Adapting from the Story of Self tool that we use in our career design workshop, we got them to anchor upon values, strengths and that deep mission that can be found within themselves to gain a sense of confidence and groundedness amidst the ever shifting context externally. You can find a quick compilation of the framework and tool below!
